Reservations & Stay
Where can I make a reservation?
You can book through the availability/booking page on our website, or by phone.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Cancellation fees apply as follows.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM.
Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-in and late check-out are each available for 1,000 yen per hour. If you would like to request this, please contact the hotel in advance. Depending on availability on the day, we may not always be able to accommodate your request.
Can I stay with children?
Families with children are welcome to stay. If you have any questions about the number of guests or room arrangements, please contact us.
Can I stay with a pet?
We're sorry, but we do not allow pets.
Can I book consecutive nights or an extended stay?
We're happy to discuss consecutive-night stays. Arrangements vary depending on dates and number of guests, so please contact us in advance.
Rooms & Facilities
Is Wi-Fi available?
Free Wi-Fi is available in guest rooms and throughout the hotel.
What amenities are in the guest rooms?
Guest rooms are equipped with amenities including a TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, and electric kettle. For more details, please see the Rooms page.
Is there a smoking area?
All guest rooms are non-smoking. If you would like to smoke, please use the smoking room next to the 1F front desk.
Dining
What does the free morning service include?
Between 6:30 and 9:00 AM, we offer self-service coffee, bread, boiled eggs, yogurt, and more in the 1F entrance area. The menu may vary by season.
Is dinner available?
We do not serve dinner. Please use a nearby restaurant, or feel free to bring in your own food.
Access & Parking
Is parking available?
We have free parking for about 30 cars. It's free for hotel guests, no reservation needed, available on a first-come, first-served basis. If the lot is full, or if you're driving a large vehicle such as a 4-ton truck, please contact us separately.
How do I get there from the nearest station?
It's about 5 minutes by car from Isumi Railway Otaki Station. For more details, please see the Access page.
Is a shuttle service available?
We do not offer a shuttle service. Please use your own car, the Isumi Railway, or a highway bus.
Meeting Room
Can I use a meeting room?
We have a meeting room available that can accommodate up to about 30 people. In principle, meeting room use ends by 3:00 PM. Please check pricing and availability by phone or through our contact form.
Payment & Receipts
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and major credit cards.
Can I get a receipt?
If you pay on-site, we will issue a receipt at the hotel. If you prepaid through an external booking site, please check that site for your receipt. Guests who booked online through our official website can also issue their own receipt after check-out.
